Travel charges for depositions and court appearances to include transportation, lodging, meals, and incidental costs as well as a daily "away from home" charge to be mutually agreed upon prior to testifying.
A retainer of $1200 is to be paid at the same time that the records are forwarded to our offices for review. Any overpayment will be refunded upon completion of our services.
